COMVIS offers a variety of Vision Inspection Units for narrow rigid webbing, such as seatbelt webbing, dog leashes, belts for load securing, fall protection, airbag tether, hoses, etc. But also especially for elastic webbing, such as tapes, bands for sports, ski goggles, lingerie and underwear.
Together with the customer we determine how we can fit the inspection equipment into the process. For instance before the blocker or winder, or after dyeing the fabric. But also a standalone system, where material is processed from box to box, is possible.
Inspection systems for narrow fabric are available as single-end or multi-end. For instance with 2, 4 or 8 tapes in 1 fabric inspection system. Furthermore, customers can choose for automatic labeling, or the integration of manual inspection table / splice table for the operator, or a combination of both.
